Ok, let's try this again

This list is more official. I really want to keep the wedding guest total to around 80, and that would include Joe's side AND mine. Here is the edited list for my side of things.

I narrowed it down to people I absolutely want to be there. That's 40 (with John on Joe's side), and usually a bunch of guests don't come anyway, so we'll see. I still need Joe to make a list, but he's so stressed and busy that he doesn't even want to think about it until after the semester ends, which I can understand.

In addition to this, it turns out Joe will be graduating May 2009 instead of December 2008. We've talked about it, and we're both okay with that. I'll get another year of cheaper art credits at the University of Maine, and also get to keep working as Production Manager at the paper. I've already been there for 5 years, but about half of those semesters were part time so I could work a whole lot, and one semester I was an official "drop out." Basically, I'll just be hangin' out there, improving my gpa and developing my portfolio. If I can get the gpa up by .3 with this semester's grades, plus the next two semesters, I am eligible for a full scholarship if my portfolio is good enough, so that's something to work for.

I know this is a wedding blog, and only a fraction of this is exactly about my wedding...
but I'm going to be doing all these plans with Joe, so I'll allow it :)
